Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the v12bet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds used are their own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
Deposit
V12bet accepts deposits via local Malaysian payment methods including FPX (online banking), TNG eWallet, and bank transfer. Deposits successfully credited to your account are non-reversible. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the payment interface at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified method registered under the account holder's name. v12bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may be subject to additional security checks before funds are released.
Payment Non-Compliance
Any attempt to carry out fraudulent transactions — including unauthorized chargebacks or false confirmations — will result in account suspension and potential legal action. v12bet reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal that is subject to an active security investigation.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limit
V12bet is not liable for any losses arising from users' betting decisions, service disruptions caused by third parties, or unauthorised access resulting from users' own negligence.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform remains available at all times, v12bet does not guarantee the service will be free from interruptions or errors at every moment. Under exceptional circumstances, the platform may be temporarily unavailable without prior notice.
V12bet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
V12bet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
